Burkina Faso/no more feeling for those who betray Burkina Faso for the benefit of imperialism"says Ibrahim Traoré

In Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré took part in a large gathering at the Ouaga 2000 sports palace in the capital. Coming from the 13 regions of the country, representatives of the citizen watch committees exchanged with the president of the transition on their concerns.

In front of a crowd committed to the cause of those in power, Aboubacar Tagnan, the spokesperson for the national coordination of the patriotic citizen watch, welcomed the “courageous decisions” of the authorities.

He cited, among other things, the equipment and organization of the armed forces, the establishment of monitoring committees, the creation of the AES, the Alliance of Sahel States, and finally the withdrawal of the Economic Community West African States (ECOWAS).

He also asked for a review of the transition charter, so that it could be extended over time, drawing applause from the public.

For his part, Captain Ibrahim Traoré invited his participants to remain mobilized for citizen monitoring.

Warning that there would be no more feeling for those who betray Burkina Faso for the benefit of imperialism, he said.
